Any board members or officers not present will be emailed or mailed a copy. Board members and officers are encouraged to discuss the return. Any changes need to be communicated to the tax preparer before filing. The board needs to approve the filing of the return. If the return can not be presented to the board at a regular scheduled meeting before the due date of the return, it shall be emailed or mailed to each officer and board member for review. The return will be filed on time. At the next scheduled board meeting, the return will be discussed.
