Allied industry organization members shall not vote nor hold office except as authorized herein. Allied industry organization members may participate in the affairs of the association to the extent determined by the board of directors. Partner membership: any person, firm or corporation that is a current or potential supplier, advisor or consultant (i.e. Marketing agency, environmental consultant, public relations firm) to the association shall be eligible for partner membership. On written application, an eligible candidate may be elected to partner membership by a majority vote of the board of directors. Partner members may attend the meetings of the association and such committee, group and division meetings as deemed appropriate by the respective chairs of such committees, groups or divisions. Partner members shall not vote nor hold office except as authorized herein. Partner members may participate in the affairs of the association to the extent determined by the board of directors.”
