“Smithbucklin corporation is a management company which manages all aspects of the organization in accordance with the organization's bylaws and policies. Operations may include but are not limited to administration, membership, finance and accounting, convention/tradeshow/meeting planning, education, marketing, information technology, and government relations. Total fees paid to smithbucklin total $13,800.”

“Membership Categories: There shall be three categories of Membership designated as Commercial, Allied Industry Organization, and Partner members. Commercial Membership: Any person, firm or corporation which is engaged in the Graphic Communications Supply Chain, in the key sectors identified as graphic design, equipment and chemical manufacturer, paper merchant or broker, pulp and paper producer, pre-press, non-paper consumables, finishing, printing, publishing, sales and distribution of print and paper products, as defined in Article III shall be eligible for Commercial Membership. On written application, an eligible candidate may be elected to Commercial Membership by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Allied Industry Organization Membership: Any person, firm or corporation which is an industry trade organization, non-profit group or similar organization involved with the Graphic Communications Supply Chain shall be eligible for Allied Industry Organization Membership. On written application, an eligible candidate may be elected to Allied Industry Organization Membership by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Allied Industry Organization Members may attend the meetings of the Association and such Committee, Group and Division meetings as deemed appropriate by the respective Chairs of such Committees, Groups or Divisions. Allied Industry Organization Members shall not vote nor hold office except as authorized herein. Allied Industry Organization Members may participate in the affairs of the Association to the extent determined by the Board of Directors. Partner Membership: Any person, firm or corporation that is a current or potential supplier, advisor or consultant (i.e. marketing agency, environmental consultant, public relations firm) to the Association shall be eligible for Partner Membership. On written application, an eligible candidate may be elected to Partner Membership by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Partner Members may attend the meetings of the Association and such Committee, Group and Division meetings as deemed appropriate by the respective Chairs of such Committees, Groups or Divisions. Partner Members shall not vote nor hold office except as authorized herein. Partner Members may participate in the affairs of the Association to the extent determined by the Board of Directors.”
