“The form 990 is reviewed by the organization's treasurer and executive director. After this initial review, the return is completed for filing and the completed copy is emailed to the board of directors prior to its filing with the irs.”

“Alive at last's mission is to mobilize communities to equip and encourage survivors of sexual exploitation to build new lives. We accomplish this by training and supporting local volunteers to empower women who have experienced significant trauma. Abuse happens in relationships, and we believe healing must happen in relationships. In safe supportive relationships, survivors learn about their true identity and value as they create their own path to fulfill their god-given purpose. Our relational solution addresses the scope of the problem and our unique model of ministry is built to scale. Volunteers lead small groups that provide emotional and spiritual healing, and volunteers personally mentor survivors who desperately went to change their lives. In 2018, over 60 volunteers committed significant hours, over 800 volunteer hours, to serve more than 70 survivors. Each year our online library grows which allows us to increase the number of volunteers engaged and survivors empowered.”
