Live 10:27 ministries seek to motivate this attitude organizing cross cultural trips & providing speakers for school chapels, retreats, conferences, at churches & schools.”

“Cross-cultural trips: western europe: we organized and led a ministry backpacking trip in europe. There were 20 persons on this team, 8 young men and 12 young women. We flew into dusseldorf, germany and came home from milan, italy. We all had eurorail passes and rode trains as our main form of transportation. Team members all carried backpacks for personal items, as well as literature in different languages and "world view survey cards". We used the cards to ask people questions. The purpose of the questions is to encourage people to think about important spiritual questions. Over 270 people were surveyed on this trip. Each of the team members were required to pay for their trip. Hundreds of friends and relatives received "prayer letters" from the team members describing the ministry and trip which resulted in contributions to this ministry. Christian school ministry: we ministered in 10 different christian schools in pennsylvania, delaware, & new jersey. We were in 5 of those schools more than one time, speaking in chapel. In one of the schools we were the "spiritual emphasis week" speaker and spent one full week there, speaking in chapel as well as teaching various classes. We were also involved the missions conference at davis college, johnson city ny. During the conference we prepared and presented 4 workshops. Approximately 125 students attended the different workshops and received handouts and brochures. Church ministry and retreat speaker: we served as the main speaker on 4 different retreats. Two retreats were with high school youth and two were with adults. Approximately 270 different people were involved in those 4 ministry events. We taught adult sunday school classes at new holland eum church for 2 different series and 5 sundays each series. Approximately 150 different people attended”
