Compton hill is managed and operated by staff of desales community housing corp., a missouri non-profit corporation which is also a 501(c)(3) organization (including fox grove management, llc, a single-member disregarded entity of which desales community housing corporation is the sole member). Minutes are taken at each board and committee meeting.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

Compton hill properties is a single-member limited liability company whose sole member is desales community housing corporation, a non-profit corporation with 13 voting directors. Members of the board of directors are elected by the existing directors, as provided by missouri law (a elf-perpetuating board). Most of the board members are residents of the neighborhoods served by the organization. Board members serve overlapping three year terms with no term limits.

The 990 is presented to the full board for approval before it is filed. It is either presented by the preparer or by a member of the audit committee. The chair of the audit committee also reviews a draft before it goes to the full board.
