Ggo st. Louis, a local non-profit organization, encourages individuals and families in the st. Louis region to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle year round. The organization accomplishes this through community collaborations, school based programming, and the creation of new and unique fitness events.

Go st. Louis promotes health and fitness by offering programs and events throughout the year for people of all ages and abilities. The organization's youth programs serve over 10,000 students annually, and go st. Louis events cater to 40,000 runners and walkers each year. Events include: the go st. Louis marathon weekend (full marathon, half marathon, marathon relay, 10k, 5k, mature mile, childrens fun runs), mississippi running festival (a 6-person relay event), the go st. Louis all-american 5k, the kt82 trail relay (a 6-person trail relay), and the great go st. Louis halloween race (half marathon, 10k, 5k, 1-mile fun run.) youth programs include: read, right & run marathon, a program for elementary school students. Middle school milers, a program for middle school students.
