FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 9:

ROUNDING ADJUSTMENT -1.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The financial accounting standards board (fasb) has issued a financial reporting standard effective that requires disclosure and possibly recognition of uncertain income tax positions in financial statements for all entities that report under u.s. Generally accepted accounting principles, including tax-exempt organizations. For an exempt organization, an uncertain tax position might be one that potentially affects the organization's tax exempt status or that affects whether or not it is subject to unrelated business income tax on some if its revenue and the amount of such tax. Under current accounting standards, uncertain tax positions are required to be recorded and disclosed only if it is probable a claim will be asserted and there is a reasonable possibility that the outcome will be unfavorable. Camp rainbow foundation believes it has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in its financial statements under current standards or the new standard.

PART XI, LINE 4B - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:

Fundraising expenses -20,792. Rounding

PART XII, LINE 2D - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:

Fundraising expenses 20,792.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActyOtherGrp/Desc2IN OCTOBER 2012 THE RACE TO CURE LYMPHOMA FAMILY LOST A CLOSE FRIEND TO STOMACH CANCER. CAMILO CLAVIJO WAS THIRTY-FIVE YEARS OLD AND AN ARTISTIC GENIUS WHO GENEROUSLY DONATED HIS TALENTS BY DESIGNING OUR RACE LOGOS. WHILE CAMILO LIVED IN BOGOTA COLUMBIA, THE INTERNET ALLOWED GOOD FRIENDS TO MAINTAIN A CLOSE YET PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP. CAMILO HAD AN AMAZING ZEST FOR LIFE AND WAS NOT ONLY NOT ONLY AN ARTIST EXTRAORDINAIRE, BUT ALSO AN EXTRAORDINARY PERSON AND WILL BE MISSED BY ALL. TO HONOR CAMILO AND CELEBRATE HIS LIFE, RACE TO CURE LYMPHOMA HAS ESTABLISHED AN ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR CANCER SURVIVING COUNSELORS SERVING THE CAMP RAINBOW FOUNDATION. EACH YEAR THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO DEFRAY THE COST OF TUITION OR BOOKS. RACE TO CURE LYMPHOMA HOPES THE SAME BENEVOLENT QUALITIES EXEMPLIFIED BY CAMILO MIGHT ALSO INSPIRE EACH RECIPIENT TO CONTINUE APPLYING THEIR TALENTS IN SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.CAMP RAINBOW PROVIDED THREE SCHOLARSHIPS TOTALING $4,500 FROM THIS FUND IN 2016
