Each board member pledges to avoid knowingly engaging in activities that conflict with the interests of trailnet, inc. All relationships are to be disclosed to the board of directors. When necessary, any member whose decision may be subject to question will refrain from voting on business items. Candidates to the board of directors must disclose potential conflict of interest relationships. All parameters regarding conflict of interest are contained in the board manual, which each new board member receives upon becoming a board member, and current members currently have.
