Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11

The chief executive officer, chief financial officer and finance committee of the board of directors ensure the submission of irs form 990 after they have carefully reviewed it. In addition, the return is made available to the full board upon request.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

The organization determines the compensation of the chief executive officer and key employees independently by comparing proposed compensation to the "salary & benefits survey of greater kansas city 2015 regional nonprofit organizations & associations". In addition, the executive committee of the board of directors performs an independent review of the performance evaluations for the ceo and key employees. This independent review is documented in the executive committee minutes.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The organization provides the form 990, governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements to the public upon request.
