St. Patrick center pays a management fee to the archdiocese of st. Louis. Also, a management fee is paid to the st. Louis archdiocesan fund (slaf) for the management of the organization's investments. Additionally, the chief executive officer of st. Patrick center is an employee of catholic charities of st. Louis.

Catholic charities of st. Louis is a member with reserved powers. In addition, the archbishop of st. Louis is a member with reserved powers over catholic charities of st. Louis, through which he also has reserved powers over the organization.

Through his reserved powers over catholic charities of st. Louis, the archbishop of st. Louis has the authority to appoint up to 50% of the board of directors of the organization and to approve all candidates to the board of directors of the organization.

St patrick center made the decision to close mcmurphy's grill in march 2017 to re-develop the training program over the following year. Some trainees continued through 2018. In june 2018 made the decision to discontinue the program effective june 30, 2018.

PART V, LINE 4:

St. Patrick center may elect to receive a distribution from endowment earnings of 2.5%-4.5% of the average market value of the endowment over a rolling period of twelve quarters. The income generated from the endowment is unrestricted and available to fund the agency's operations.

Income tax status: the individual agencies that comprise the archdiocese are listed in the official catholic directory and therefore are tax-exempt public charities under section 501(c)(3) and section 509(a) of the internal revenue code, except for holy infant & st joseph associates lp, st. John neumann associates lp, and rosati apartments lp. Holy infant & st joseph associates lp, st. John neumann associates lp, and rosati apartments lp are partnerships established as a pass-through entity for tax purposes. As such, the organization can only be taxed on income from any activities unrelated to its charitable purpose. At june 30, 2018, the organization had not earned such revenue; therefore, no tax expense has been recorded. The organization does not have any uncertain tax positions.

APPROXIMATELY 2,200 CLIENTS WERE DEALING WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES AND OVER 1,200 RECEIVED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES RANGING FROM INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING, PSYCHIATRIC SUPPORT, SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT, ETC. THE WOMEN'S NIGHT SHELTER SERVED APPROXIMATELY 160 MENTALLY ILL WOMEN AND THE ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT TEAM SUPPORTED 52 CLIENTS IN HOUSING.
