Springboard to learning develops children's abilities to think critically, create, collaborate and communicate.
Major Activities
- Activity 2
- Springboard provides year-long programming to St. Louis Metro area children in public and private schools, committing to a three year partnership. Considered Arts Partners, schools receive individualized planning meetings, programming tailored to specific curriculum needs and teacher professional development. Students are exposed to high levels of innovative programming, building the 21st Century skills of creativity, communication, critical thinking and collaboration. Springboard had 35 partnering schools, serving 13,177 children in the form of 53 residencies, 196 workshops and 87 performances..

- Since 1964, Springboard serves underprivileged, inner-city, St. Louis Public School children, with limited access to innovative, artistic and culturally based educational curriculum, providing year-long residencies in Social Studies, Science, Math, English, Character Education and Health, using the medium of dance, storytelling, theatre, music, poetry, and art. Springboard partnered with 26 schools, serving 3,999 students.
