For other officers and key employees, provident performs annual performance reviews which are assigned a numerical average which then dictates the suggested amount of salary adjustment for a given position. Managers then compare the recommended salary adjustment against their expectations and salary survey results from comparable organizations and suggest any salary adjustment. Suggestions for salary adjustment are reviewed by the human resources department and approved by the executive director and director of finance jointly.”
