Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Reflecting love and acceptance to women, especially mothers and grandmothers recovering from trauma. They receive paid employment, life skills, coaching, and positive community. Labels of homeless, lack of education, and previous incarceration are primary barriers our participants overcome as they gain positive employment experience and supportive community.

An inclusive poverty alleviation program welcoming women, most of whom are mothers, regardless of education, criminal background, or housing status. Paid job training in safe environments and life skills empowers them to move out of chronic destructive lifestyles.
