Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company

Management duties have been contracted to mcnaul real estate, inc. Of montezuma, iowa. Mcnaul's compensation is based on occupied units per month that are approved by usda rural development. Duties include accounting, accepting and approving tenant applications and other responsibilities included in an approved agreement with usda rural development.

Karen mcnaul, property manager, is 100% owner of mcnaul real estate, inc. During the year ended december 31, 2013, management fees in the amount of $15,800 were paid to mcnaul real estate, inc. The management fees are approved by the board of directors of which karen mcnaul is a non-voting member. All management agreements are also approved by usda rural development.

The Organization has obtained exemption from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(4). The Organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The Organization believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2010.
