Management duties have been contracted to mcnaul real estate, inc. Of montezuma, iowa. Mcnaul's compensation is based on occupied units per month that are approved by usda rural development. Duties include accounting, accepting and approving tenant applications and other responsibilities included in an approved agreement with usda rural development.
