Funds collected to represent saturation mailers before the Postal Service, the Postal Regulatory Commission, and the DC Court of Appeals on the appeal of PRC order, to achieve reasonable rates and operational requirements for Standard Print Mail Advertising set at saturation mail rates. Dues received to pay legal fees and office-related costs and membership costs for Mailers Technical Advisory Committee and Postcom. No individual person received a grant or benefit. Services benefited all free paper publishers, shared mail program providers, and coupon envelope providers that use standard mail advertising (more than 100 businesses). No grants given.--
