Other program services 4: housing development aicdc is in various stages of pre-developing and implementing affordable rental & home ownership options focused in the native american community. Among those already developed are many rivers east, a 53-unit apartment complex, and many rivers west, a 28-unit apartment complex, which are both fully occupied. Other program services 5: aicdc is the sponsoring entity of the bii gii wiin community development loan fund whose purpose it is to provide financial products and services to enhance home ownership among native american people and other low and moderate income people in the twin cities metropolitan area. Other program services 6: a key aspect of aicdc's mission is to provide affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate income families and individuals. The native elder housing project, known as bii di gain dash anwebi, is a 47 unit, new construction, rental housing development for low income households 62 years of age or older. The development was completed in october 2012 and today is fully leased. Other program services 7: aicdc is the sole member of american indians building, llc. The llc holds a minnesota company real estate brokers license and provided real estate services to homebuyers and commercial clients in the twin cities metropolitan area. Other program services 8: aicdc is the sole member of american indian elder housing, llc. The assets of the llc include properties located at 2423 chicago avenue south, 1506 east 23rd avenue, 2405 4th avenue south and 1500 elliot avenue, all in minneapolis, mn. The properties provide permanent supportive housing to homeless individuals through the housing support program. Other program services 9: american indian holding company, llc is a supporting organization of its member organizations. Aicdc and nacdi (native american community development institute). The llc's sole asset is the property located at 1414 e franklin avenue, minneapolis, mn 55404. Aicdc and nacdi each lease office and program space in the building. Aicdc has a 51% ownership interest in this llc. Other program services 10: american indian properties, llc is 100% owned by aicdc. The llc owns land for the future development of aniahinabe iii on the campus of anishinabe wakiagun/bii gii wiin. Other program services 11: american indian properties ii, llc is 100% owned by aicdc. The llc leases commercial real estate. Other program services 12: aicdc designed and developed the hygiene service area (hsa) to provide services to the hiawatha/franklin homeless encampment in the summer and fall of 2018 to address the health concerns affecting the residents of the encampment such as mersa, scabies and other communicable health risks. Aicdc provided services from september 4th through december 18th, when the encampment closed and residents were relocated to a navigational center less than a quarter mile away.
