The corporation is a minnesota nonprofit corporation and is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and applicable minnesota statutes and is subject to income taxes only on net unrelated business income. The corporation did not have any unrelated business income or uncertain tax positions in 2023 or 2022. The limited partnerships and limited liability companies are not taxable entities. Income or losses are passed through to the partners or members.
