Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The Payne Phalen Community Council's mission is to improve our district's neighborhoods by engaging, educating, and empowering all residents in our diverse community. PPCC engages the community by advancing physical, social and economic development within our neighborhood and commercial areas. Our organization is committed to advancing equity, reducing disparities, and improving access to district, citywide, and regional planning activities.
