MAP's Board of Directors uses the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Salary Survey and other salary surveys for similar positions both nationally and locally for evaluation of the Executive Director's compensation. Additionally, performance criteria is established annually and goals are reviewed. Compensation is heavily weighted on achievement of organizational goals.
