Aca international contributes to the success of its members, the positive reputation of the industry and the health of the economy. We accomplish this by 1) being the comprehensive, knowledge-based resource for the credit and collection industry 2) clarifying the rights and responsibilities of all participants in the credit and collection cycle 3) enhancing the knowledge and skills of credit and collection professionals around the world 4) demanding the highest degree of ethical practices and conduct 5) advocating effectively in critical legislative, regulatory and business arenas 6) offering services and products to improve member profitability 7) promoting the importance, value and integrity of the industry aca international values leadership, integrity, respect, responsibility and service.

- Credentialing: aca offers 10 designations and certificates which can be achieved by attending and completing course requirements in the fiscal year, 1,001 designations and certificates were awarded to credit and collection professionals and agencies.
