Music in the park concert series, held during july, august and september, and june, offered weekly bands performing at city park, and included outdoor games for young and old. Each week was well attended with over 2,000 attendees enjoying this safe and fund event.

Downtown platteville features several historic murals on various building that were in need of repairs and repainting. These murals are enjoyed by hundred of community members and visitors and are used to teach the local 4th graders about our history during their annual mural walking tour.

The nutrition program provides food vouchers to senior citizens, family advocates clients, and food pantry patrons. They use these vouchers to purchse fress food at the local farmer's market from may thru dec. Each year.
