Mission

The organization was formed for the purpose of preserving and developing decent, safe and affordable housing. The organization fulfills its mission through acquisition, rehabilitation and new development in urban and rural areas located in southeastern wisconsin.

Major Activities

Activity 2
Fernwood court provides 120 low-income apartments to elderly and disabled tenants in milwaukee, wisconsin and is subsidized by governmental payments. The meal program which is subsidized by project funds served approximately 8,419 meals in 2013.
Activity 3
Rockland court provides 83 low-income apartments to families in fort atkinson, wisconsin and is subsidized by governmental payments.
