Process used by organization to review form 990: the corporate president reviews the draft of the tax return and upon their approval the board of directors are forwarded a copy of the tax return via email or us mail before the filing of the final tax return. If no comments are received from the board of directors within a specified amount of time (may change based on timing of filing requirements, but typically a week) the acccounting firm completing the tax return will file the return by mail or electronic format.

Monitor & enforce compliance with the written conflict of interest policy: each year at the organization's annual meeting, or in any case prior to the filing of the form 990, a conflict of interest disclosure form is completed by each board member or officer. Should a disclosure reveal a conflict, the board of directors will follow the procedures set forth in paragraph four of the policy. The board will take action either at a meeting of the board (this could be done by telephone) or by consent resolution to document compliance with the procedure.
