Mission

Eri practices and promotes innovative services that advance employment opportunities, support personal choices, and enhance the well-being of individuals with disabilities across wisconsin.

Employment resources, inc. (eri) provides employment and benefits counseling, assistive technology, and community outreach services to people with disabilities who are considering or pursuing employment. Eri also offers statewide consultation, training, and technical assistance to employers, human service professionals, disability advocates, government agencies, and the public regarding disability and employment issues.

Employment resources, inc. Has an agreement with qti human resources, inc. To perform certain management duties related to the organization's human resources function.

The executive director meets with the members of governing body on a monthly basis. These meetings are informal and minutes of these meetings are not taken. Any actions requiring approval of the governing body are taken at the scheduled meetings of the governing body and documented in the minutes of those meetings.

The prepared form 990 is reviewed by the organization's governing body and management before the return is filed with the irs.

Annually all directors and officers complete and sign a conflict of interest statement. The signed statements are reviewed by the members of the governing body and are kept at the organization's administrative office. Any director or officer with a conflict of interest is prohibited from participating in the governing body's deliberations and decision on the particular transaction.

THROUGH BOND, SSA ALLOW BENEFICIARIES TO KEEP MORE OF THEIR SSDI BENEFITS AS THEIR ABILITY TO EARN MORE INCREASES. ONE ASPECT OF BOND IS ENHANCED WORK INCENTIVE COUNSELING (EWIC) WHICH INVOLVES COMBINING EMPLOYMENT COUNSELING WITH EXTENSIVE BENEFITS COUSELING. ERI IS THE SUBCONTRACTOR FOR THE EWIC COMPONENT OF BOND IN WISCONSIN. FOUR ERI STAFF, AND THREE STAFF FROM OTHER AGENCIES CONTRACTING WITH ERI, PROVIDE EWIC SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 300 BENEFICIAIRIES OVER THE FIVE YEARS OF BOND OPERATION.
