Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The mission of pantheon industries is to provide a full spectrum of opportunities for appropriate employment options for individuals with disabilities that will benefit both them and the community. Pantheon's primary goal is to establish program services that maximize capabilities and potentials, as well as enchance physical, emotional, and social experiences. We accomplish this through support and training by concerned and caring staff working cooperatively with client-employees, families/guardians, referring agencies, other service providers, and the community. Pantheon emphasizes possibilities rather than limitations in responding to the needs of each individual. We continually re-evaluate current services and develop new programs. Pantheon values responsiveness, flexibility, and the willingness to accept challenges to meet both the current and future needs of those we serve.

Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

Pantheon industries, inc. Requires all voting members of the governing body to have the opportunity to review the form 990 prior to it being filed with the internal revenue service. The executive director provides a draft copy of the return to the members of the governing body at the earlier of the meeting prior to the due date of the return or thirty days before the return is due. Each member is given the opportunity to respond in writing or by email to the executive director asking any questions or objecting to any information presented on the return. In the event that an objection cannot be resolved between the member and the executive director, a request for an extension of the due date of the return is filed and the matter is included as an agenda item at the next regularly scheduled meeting. It is deemed sufficient for the executive director to provide a draft copy to all voting members by email and that approval is implied if there is no response to the email. The executive director documents evidence that this policy has been complied with and retains copies of all correspondence, questions, and objections.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Each director keeps the organization's governing body informed of all current memberships on the governing bodies of other companies, charitable organizations, and governmental or advisory groups. In addition, each director must review and agree to the policies in the organization's conflict of interest policy. If an actual or potential conflict of interest arises for a director, the director shall promptly inform the president and the chair. If a significant conflict exists and cannot be resolved, the director should resign. All directors will recuse themselves from any discussion or decision affecting their personal, business, or professional interests. Any conflict of interest or ethical issue involving a director shall be resolved by the chair.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15A

The members of the governing body use appropriate and comparable data to determine the executive director's compensation. The comparability data may be based on industry surveys, use of a compensation consultant, documented compensation (such as compensation reported on form 990) of persons holding comparable positions at similar organizations, expert compensation studies, or other comparable data. The executive director abstains from voting on the compensation package.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

Pantheon industries, inc. Makes its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request.

IRS990/MissionDesc0THE MISSION OF PANTHEON INDUSTRIES IS TO PROVIDE A FULL SPECTRUM OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR APPROPRIATE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THAT WILL BENEFIT BOTH THEM AND THE COMMUNITY. PANTHEON'S PRIMARY GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH PROGRAM SERVICES THAT DEVELOP CAPABILITIES AND POTENTIALS, AS WELL AS ENCHANCE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SOCIAL EXPERIENCES.
