The mission of pantheon industries is to provide a full spectrum of opportunities for appropriate employment options for individuals with disabilities that will benefit both them and the community. Pantheon's primary goal is to establish program services that maximize capabilities and potentials, as well as enchance physical, emotional, and social experiences. We accomplish this through support and training by concerned and caring staff working cooperatively with client-employees, families/guardians, referring agencies, other service providers, and the community. Pantheon emphasizes possibilities rather than limitations in responding to the needs of each individual. We continually re-evaluate current services and develop new programs. Pantheon values responsiveness, flexibility, and the willingness to accept challenges to meet both the current and future needs of those we serve.

Board officers are not compensated for their service. For the executive director, the board of directors conducts an annual review process. This includes interviews with key staff and a review of comparable salary data. The executive director is also asked to complete and present a summary of their performance based on the key performance indicators established by the board. Finally, the board agrees upon any increase and appropriate percentage of bonus pool.

FORM 990 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION

Pantheon industries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which strives to help individuals with disabilities achieve their full potential through a variety of employment opportunities. The mission of pantheon industries is to provide a full spectrum of opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We believe that all individuals, regardless of ability level, have the right to participate in meaningful employment.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

902 - nashotah location nashotah provided prevocational services to 147 clients during the year. This also included job readiness instruction, self-assessment and self- determination training along with peer mentoring services. There was a record number of new contracts and jobs available in a variety of skill requirements to meet the needs of all clients participating. 917 - vocational development center (vdc) the vocational development center (vdc) provided services to over 250 individuals in a variety of capacities. These were primarily done through our division of vocational rehabilitation (dvr) partnerships, but we also saw an increase in direct partnership with various school districts in waukesha county. A new division of the vdc, long term supports, was created and staffed to identify this growing area of need. 927 - new berlin location new berlin provided prevocational services to 105 clients during the year. This also included job readiness instruction, self-assessment and self- determination training along with peer mentoring services. There was a record number of new contracts and jobs available in a variety of skill requirements to meet the needs of all clients participating.

The organization is a tax-exempt organization under the internal revenue code section 501(c)(3). The organization is not classified as a private foundation. The tax-exempt status is based on the stated purpose as presented to the internal revenue service with its original application for tax exempt status. Such status is subject to re-evaluation should there be any changes in operation, character, or purpose of the organization. The organization has evaluated tax positions taken for filing with the internal revenue service and all state jurisdictions where it operates. The organization believes that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse effect on the organizations financial conditions, results of operations or cash flows. Accordingly, the organization has not recorded any reserves or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at december 31, 2022 and 2021. All years not closed by the statute of limitations remain open for examination by tax jurisdictions.

THERE WAS A RECORD NUMBER OF NEW CONTRACTS AND JOBS AVAILABLE IN A VARIETY OF SKILL REQUIREMENTS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL CLIENTS PARTICIPATING. 917 - VOCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER (VDC) THE VOCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER (VDC) PROVIDED SERVICES TO OVER 250 INDIVIDUALS IN A VARIETY OF CAPACITIES. THESE WERE PRIMARILY DONE THROUGH OUR DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (DVR) PARTNERSHIPS, BUT WE ALSO SAW AN INCREASE IN DIRECT PARTNERSHIP WITH VARIOUS SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN WAUKESHA COUNTY. A NEW DIVISION OF THE VDC, LONG TERM SUPPORTS, WAS CREATED AND STAFFED TO IDENTIFY THIS GROWING AREA OF NEED. 927 - NEW BERLIN LOCATION NEW BERLIN PROVIDED PREVOCATIONAL SERVICES TO 105 CLIENTS DURING THE YEAR. THIS ALSO INCLUDED JOB READINESS INSTRUCTION, SELF-ASSESSMENT AND SELF- DETERMINATION TRAINING ALONG WITH PEER MENTORING SERVICES. THERE WAS A RECORD NUMBER OF NEW CONTRACTS AND JOBS AVAILABLE IN A VARIETY OF SKILL REQUIREMENTS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL CLIENTS PARTICIPATING.
