Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

The organization is organized as a non-stock corporation with members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

The annual meeting provides an opportunity for members eighteen years of age or over to make a difference in their ymca by participating in the vote to elect members of the governing body.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

The executive director emails a copy of the final version of form 990 to each board member before it is filed. Generally, no formal and documented review of the form 990 is required either before or after filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The board determines that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the interest of the organization. Where appropriate the board will seek the advice of legal counsel.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Compensation for the executive staff is determined by the personnel committee using "hay scale" comparability data provided by the organizations national affiliate. The compensation of the executive director is determined by the personnel committee based on independent comparability data for executive directors provided by the national affiliate. The personnel committee is responsible for documenting any deliberations and decisions regarding compensation arrangements with the executive director and executive staff.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The organization does not generally make its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, or financial statements available to the public. If a request for any of these documents was to be made to the organization, the decision to make the documents available for inspection would be made by the executive director.
