School choice wisconsin staff review the signed policies to ensure taht all have been completed. The conflict of interest policy covers the organization's board members and officers and requires them to report any conflicts. In situations where a conflict exists, the individual shall be excluded from any discussion or vote regarding the transaction or arrangement at issue and shall not be present in the meeting room during any part of the discussion or vote. This policy is regularly monitored during all board meetings and discussions.”
