A copy of the completed form 990 will be presented to the board of directors for their review before it is filed with the irs.

FORM 990, PART VI, LINE 12B:

Upon further review of pavillon international's corporate compliance program, we have determined a revision to the conflict of interest policy is necessary and have taken steps to draft and formally adopt a revised policy whereby all board members, officers, and key employees will be required to disclose in a written statement annually any interests that could give rise to conflicts.

In compliance with carf accreditation, a corporate compliance program has been established. This program includes ongoing employee training regarding compliance issues, reporting and investigations, and conflict of interest disclosures.

The compensation of the ceo is determined by the executive committee of the board of directors using various forms of camparability data. Compensation of key employees within the organization is determined by the ceo and shared with the board of directors. The process consists of reviewing the salary and benefits provided at similar treatment centers, coupled with their experience and credentials.

BREAKING THE ADDICTION TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL INVOLVES DEEP COMMITMENT IN FOSTERING RECLAMATION TO A HEALTHY AND STABLE LIFE WHERE PATIENTS EMERGE WITH HOPE AND A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THEMSELVES AND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUSTAINED RECOVERY. FOR THE YEAR-ENDING JUNE 30, 2015, THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 380 PATIENTS ADMITTED INTO THE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM.
