Management was delegated to phoenix properties, llc and then the filing organization changed management on december 1, 2013 to lockhart management & consulting, llc - the management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the entity including, but not limited to, ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a safe, sanitary and affordable environment. None of the officers or directors listed in part vii were compensated by phoenix properties, llc or lockhart management & consulting, llc.

The organization's process is to review form 990 upon completion, but no later than 7 days prior to the deadline for mailing the annual 990. The draft 990 is distributed electronically or by u.s. Mail to all members of the board of directors for review. Board members are asked to submit questions, comments and changes to management no later than 3 days prior to the deadline for mailing the annual 990. After making any corrections requested by board members, the annual form 990 is signed by an officer of the board and submitted to the irs.

Oversight of auditing function the management company receives a copy of the audit. Prior to the finalization of the audit, a copy of the audit is given to all of the board members for their comments.
