The organization outsources management responsibilities to a related organization (meadows mennonite retirement community association). The fees paid are based upon estimated costs and the usage of facilities and personnel.

A copy of the 990 was provided to each member of the board of directors for their review. The board of directors would discuss objections, if any, at a meeting prior to filing the 990.

The governing board performs periodic reviews during the november meeting of each year. Required for this review is a signed statement from each individual with governing board delegated powers stating their compliance with the conflict of interest policy. If the board has reasonable cause to believe a member has failed to disclose conflicts of interest, they shall investigate and take disciplinary and corrective action, if necessary.
