“The pantry pal program is the collection and distribution of nonperishable foods, household items and clothing for low-income single-parent families. We use these supplies to help struggling mothers provide for their households while dealing with various other financial demands.”

“Support group and mentorship are a third area of accomplishment. The quarterly mommy meetup support group allows moms to meet with other moms for motivational talks while their children play. It is free & open to registered moms. We provide food, childcare, household & baby items, education & support to mothers. Educational topics & community resource information includes (but is not limited to) the following: breastfeeding, ged courses, healthcare, insurance, finance, health & nutrition, career preparation, etc. The "mothers with mentors" mentorship program is an extension of this support group and give mothers one-on-one guidance from a mentor in efforts to reach positive goals. This mentorship program is designed to meet additional needs of single parents and their families through a structured system of assistance. The documented outcomes of this assistance program will help single mothers in the areas of economic independence, health and wellness.”
