THESE SERVICES ADDRESS THE PREFERENCES, STRENGTHS, ABILITIES, NEDS AND LIFE SPAN ISSUES OF THE PERSONS SERVED, FOCUSING ON COMMUNITY INCLUSION AND THE PROMOTION OF INDEPENDENCE IN DAILY LIVING AND ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY. INDIVIDUAL CHOICES DICTATE THE SERVICES WHICH ARE PROVIDED TO EACH PERSON IN THIS PROGRAM.
