Similarly, each RSH Officer additionally serves as an Officer of either RUMC or Copley and is thus subject to the conflict of interest policies of RUMC or Copley, as applicable. RSH is evaluating the benefits of implementing a single conflict of interest policy that would be system-wide, across the Rush System, and of which all trustees, officers, and employees of the Rush System would be subject.”

“Rush System for Heath relies on related organizations to determine compensation of the CEO and other officers. The related organizations use an independent review, comparability data and contemporaneous substantiation to establish compensation packages for officers. All officer compensation packages are approved by the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the respective related organizations.”
