"mobilizing faith into action"the corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of sections 501(c)(3) and 170(c)(2) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax laws, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax laws. More specifically, the purposes of the corporation are:1. To mobilize leaders from all walks of life to tackle our cities' biggest problems, with particular concern for building a better life for people who are poor, vulnerable, and on the margins; as followers of jesus christ, to seek to connect people of faith from across our city with others of goodwill to renew the city and its communities.2. To identify, encourage, educate, train, develop, deploy, connect,
