This committee reviews the child welfare league of america's salary study to document industry parameters for compensation paid to ceos of similar size organizations. The committee also takes into account cost of living considerations and the total educational and professional experience of the ceo in setting appropriate compensation. The president/ceo determines compensation for all other officers using an organizational salary scale. This scale is established through review of comparability salary study data, cost of living consideration, and total educational and professional experience of the officer in question.”
