“The fraternity has an executive performance and compensation review committee comprised of three board members. Those members reach out to the foundation chair and nhc president for feedback. They review both industry standards for compensation as well as greek organization survey results. Location of the chief executive officer is also taken into consideration. The committee completes the review document and agrees on the compensation. National president completes the review and sends a memo to director of finance and operations for the fraternity for execution.”

“Chapter membership and support: the fraternity's staff and volunteers provide multiple avenues to enrich and support the sisterhood experience of every member. -alpha xi delta employed five educational leadership consultants to assist chapters of alpha xi delta with member development, officer transitions, recruitment planning, public relations, and other aspects of chapter operations. -there is dedicated staff and programming to help chapters recruit talented, bold women into our sisterhood. These efforts include chapter visits, virtually and in person, and the workout, a comprehensive recruitment training program attended by chapter membership vice presidents and other recruitment officers. -we continued enhanced support of our newly reestablished alpha xi delta chapter at the university of georgia. The gamma upsilon chapter of alpha xi delta, originally founded in 1960, had been dormant since 1976. Being in the second year of development, this young chapter still requires much support. -officer academy is a virtual officer training for new chapter officers. It featured one recorded session and one live virtual session for each newly elected executive committee officer and new member orientation director. This program is designed to help members be successful in new roles, including encouraging collaboration with other sisters to ensure success.”

“Greek housing support: included in the fraternity's mission is supporting local corporation boards and our collegiate chapters, located nation-wide. We set lofty standards for chapter facilities so that we can provide an environment that promotes sisterhood, learning, wellbeing, and growth. The fraternity provides this support in a variety of ways including by lending money, managing property sites, and acting as project manager for renovations at our non-managed properties.”

To be the permanent record for the fraternity. - we also maintain a digital archives of our magazine to document the history of the organization as well as the history of our country. - we have an award-winning marketing and communications team charged with advancing alpha xi delta's brand and identity throughout college campuses and with our membership. - our website provides needed resources for potential new members, parents, members, and our campus partners.”
