“Eligibility for membership: application for voting membership of the corporation shall be open to any domestic or foreign profit or nonprofit corporation, general or limited partnerships, associations or other entities that support the purposes of the corporation. This is done via careerdays, symposia, industry forums, and other specific projects. In 2018, a final symposium (employer education event) was held in seattle, washington. The board of directors authorized the transition of sponsors & members to another nonprofit corporation, hiring our heroes, which is operated by the us chamber of commerce. The dissolution of hire america's heroes was approved by the washington attorney general in december 2018. The final wind-down activities were completed during 2019, with the submission of this 990 and state reports in washington and california in accordance with the approved dissolution documentation.”
