Mission continued... Needs of homeless persons, offers services to empower homeless persons to deal with the problems they are facing, and works directly with homeless persons to enable them to find suitable housing.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4D

Rapid re-housing program the rrh program offers financial assistance for housing and case management for people who are experiencing homelessness. The goal of the program is to house families and individuals that are literally homeless. The case management staff works with each of the clients on their housing stability plans to remain housed. This year, we had other financial resources for those who were impacted by covid. Provided housing and services to 59 families and 78 individuals, including: 156 adults and 123 children. 72 households completed the program. 94% of the households came from emergency shelters or places not meant for human habitation. Veteran services program the veteran services program provides help to homeless or at-risk veteran's and their families. The goal is to provide case management services to focus on obtaining permanent housing solutions. Provided housing and services to 74 veterans: 5 families and 71 single individuals; 93 adults and 12 children. 67% of the adults had a disabling condition. 36 households completed the program. Total people served in all programs combined 1,817 total people in all programs; 1,382 adults and 435 children; 1,334 individuals and 234 families rapid rehousing 45 individuals and 58 families; 121 adults and 124 children housed covid rental assistance 31 individuals veterans 71 individuals and 5 families; 93 adults and 12 children; 74 veterans psh all 4 programs 108 individuals; 13 families; 129 adults and 27 children shelter (crisis, respite, overflow, and interim) 328 people; 6,738 bed nights of shelter hotel emergency shelter 54 unduplicated families; 70 adults and 117 children; 584 nights of emergency housing in hotel; 2,284 bed nights of shelter

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Fasb accounting standards codification requires entities to disclose in their financial statements the nature of any uncertainties in their tax position. Tax years including 2016 and later are subject to examination by tax authorities. Areas that irs and state tax authorities consider when examining tax returns of a charity include, but may not be limited to, tax-exempt status and the existence and amount of unrelated business income. The organization does not believe that it has any uncertain tax positions with respect to these or other matters, and therefore has not recorded any unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities. The organization is not aware of any circumstances or events that make it reasonably possible that tax benefits may increase or decrease within 12 months of the date of these consolidated financial statements. Union place apartments gp, llc is incorporated in the state of indiana and is subject ot federal and state adjusted gross income tax and supplemental income taxes as the entity has elected "c" corporation status with the irs. Union place apartments gp, llc adopted the provisions of accounting for uncertain tax positions under the fasb accounting standards codification. These provisions prescribe a recognition threshold of more-likely-than-not and a measurement attribute for all tax positions taken or expected to be taken on a tax return, in order for those tax positions to be recognized in the consolidated financial statements. For the years ended september 30, 2020, and 2019, union place apartments gp, llc activity generated no significant taxable income or loss. Therefore, no uncertain tax positions have been recorded nor any unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities. Tax years including 2018 and later remain subject to examination by tax authorities.

WE OFFER A VARIETY OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES ON-SITE, INCLUDING: PHONE/MAIL SERVICES, SHOWER AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES, DAY SLEEP ROOM, MEAL (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER), AND TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE. PROVIDED HOUSING AND SERVICES TO 59 FAMILIES AND 78 INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING: 156 ADULTS AND 123 CHILDREN. 72 HOUSEHOLDS COMPLETED THE PROGRAM. 94% OF THE HOUSEHOLDS CAME FROM EMERGENCY SHELTERS OR PLACES NOT MEANT FOR HUMAN HABITATION. VETERAN SERVICES PROGRAM THE VETERAN SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES HELP TO HOMELESS OR AT-RISK VETERAN'S AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO FOCUS ON OBTAINING PERMANENT HOUSING SOLUTIONS. PROVIDED HOUSING AND SERVICES TO 74 VETERANS: 5 FAMILIES AND 71 SINGLE INDIVIDUALS; 93 ADULTS AND 12 CHILDREN. 67% OF THE ADULTS HAD A DISABLING CONDITION. 36 HOUSEHOLDS COMPLETED THE PROGRAM.
