Rapid re-housing program: the rr program offers financial assistance for housing and case management for people who are experiencing homelessness. The goal of the program is to house families and individuals that are literally homeless. The case management staff works with each of the clients on their housing stability plan to remain housed. Provided housing and services to 83 families and 61 individuals, including 44 men, 116 women, and 180 children. 77 families and 78 single individuals completed the program. 85% left with income and 97% remained in their housing. 83% of the households came from emergency shelters or places not meant for human habitation and 56% had a disabling condition. The average age was 19.7 years old. Average length of stay was 164 days. Supportive services for veteran families: the ssvf program provides help to homeless or at-risk veteran's and their families. The goal is to provide case management services to focus on obtaining permanent housing solutions. Provided housing and services to 70 veterans: 11 families and 59 single individuals ~ 92 adults and 23 children. 44% of the adults had a disabling condition. 54 adults completed the program ~ 94% had income and 90% had permanent or supportive/veteran housing. The average age was 39.3 years old. The average length of stay was 116 days.

Accounting standards requires entities to disclose in their financial statements the nature of any uncertainties in their tax position. Tax years including 2014 and later are subject to examination by tax authorities. Areas that irs and state tax authorities consider when examining tax returns of a charity include, but may not be limited to, tax-exempt status and the existence and amount of unrelated business income. The organization does not believe that it has any uncertain tax positions with respect to these or other matters, and therefore has not recorded any unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities. The organization is not aware of any circumstances or events that make it reasonably possible that tax benefits may increase or decrease within 12 months of the date of these financials statements.

WE OFFER A VARIETY OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES ON-SITE, INCLUDING: PHONE/MAIL SERVICES, SHOWER AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES, DAY SLEEP ROOM, MEALS (BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER), AND TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE. PROVIDED HOUSING AND SERVICES TO 83 FAMILIES AND 61 INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING 44 MEN, 116 WOMEN, AND 180 CHILDREN. 77 FAMILIES AND 78 SINGLE INDIVIDUALS COMPLETED THE PROGRAM. 85% LEFT WITH INCOME AND 97% REMAINED IN THEIR HOUSING. 83% OF THE HOUSEHOLDS CAME FROM EMERGENCY SHELTERS OR PLACES NOT MEANT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND 56% HAD A DISABLING CONDITION. THE AVERAGE AGE WAS 19.7 YEARS OLD. AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY WAS 164 DAYS. SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES: THE SSVF PROGRAM PROVIDES HELP TO HOMELESS OR AT-RISK VETERAN'S AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO FOCUS ON OBTAINING PERMANENT HOUSING SOLUTIONS. PROVIDED HOUSING AND SERVICES TO 70 VETERANS: 11 FAMILIES AND 59 SINGLE INDIVIDUALS ~ 92 ADULTS AND 23 CHILDREN. 44% OF THE ADULTS HAD A DISABLING CONDITION. 54 ADULTS COMPLETED THE PROGRAM ~ 94% HAD INCOME AND 90% HAD PERMANENT OR SUPPORTIVE/VETERAN HOUSING. THE AVERAGE AGE WAS 39.3 YEARS OLD. THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY WAS 116 DAYS.
