Lthc does an intake, assessment, and triages people to the housing solution which best fits their needs. We provide case managers which create housing stability plans for each client. We offer a variety of supportive services on-site, including: phone/mail services, shower and laundry facilities, day sleep room, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and transportation assistance. This program is open daily. Provided assessments to 1,153 total people; 634 individuals, and 153 families with 323 children. The day resource center provided services to 865 people. Provided 69,610 meals. Shelter (crisis and interim) 446 people for 8,056 bed nights of shelter. Medical respite provided shelter for 19 guests, for 644 bed nights of shelter.”
“Rapid re-housing program the rrh program offers financial assistance for housing and case management for people who are experiencing homelessness in tippecanoe and the seven surrounding counties. The goal of the program is to house families and individuals that are literally homeless. The case management staff works with each of the clients on their housing stability plans to remain housed. Provided housing and services to 57 families and 92 individuals, including: 176 adults and 120 children. Veteran services program the veteran services program provides help to homeless or at-risk veterans and their families. The goal is to provide case management services to focus on obtaining permanent housing solutions. Provided housing and services to 49 veterans: 14 families and 53 individuals; 64 adults and 18 children. Total people served in all programs 1,874 total people”

“Lafayette transitional housing center, inc. Is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the state of indiana and is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. In addition, the organization has been determined by the internal revenue service not to be a private foundation within the meaning of section 509(a)(1) of the code. Fasb accounting standards codification requires entities to disclose in their financial statements the nature of any uncertainties in their tax position. Tax years including 2020 and later are subject to examination by tax authorities. Areas that irs and state tax authorities consider when examining tax returns of a charity include, but may not be limited to, tax-exempt status and the existence and amount of unrelated business income. The organization does not believe that it has any uncertain tax positions with respect to these or other matters, and therefore has not recorded any unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities. The organization is not aware of any circumstances or events that make it reasonably possible that tax benefits may increase or decrease within 12 months of the date of these consolidated financial statements. Union place apartments gp, llc is incorporated in the state of indiana and is subject to federal and state adjusted gross income tax and supplemental income taxes as the entity has elected c corporation status with the irs. Union place apartments gp, llc adopted the provisions of accounting for uncertain tax positions under the fasb accounting standards codification. These provisions prescribe a recognition threshold of more-likely-than-not and a measurement attribute for all tax positions taken or expected to be taken on a tax return, in order for those tax positions to be recognized in the consolidated financial statements. For the years ended september 30, 2024, and 2023, union place apartments gp, llc activity generated no significant taxable income or loss. Therefore, no uncertain tax positions have been recorded nor any unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities. Tax years including 2020 and later remain subject to examination by tax authorities.”
