The board of directors will approve any/all information to be filed. The full board of directors will receive an electronic copy of the completed return for their review and input.

The organization's board has responsibility for determining whether a conflict exists regarding a proposed transaction. If there is a violation of the statement, the board proceeds to take appropriate disciplinary action, which can include removal. The board reviews compliance with the statement periodically and memorializes details of all conflicts or potential conficts in minutes of its meetings.
