Alpha Properties, Inc. (Alpha) does not have any employees. All staffing requirements are provided by Lifetime Housing Group, Inc.(Lifetime), a related tax exempt section 501(c)(3) organization. The only employees billed to Alpha are a property manager, maintenance and generalist. Alpha reimburses Lifetime for its direct staffing costs and reports them in the appropriate Functional Expenses line items disclosure. Alpha's Executive Director and Board of Directors determine and sets all staffing compensation rates, which are based on periodic through review of all related issues, salary surveys, consultation with independent persons, review of comparable data and deliberation.

Alpha Properties, Inc. (Alpha) is exempt from income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, no provision has been made for income taxes. Alpha believes it has adequately addressed all relevant tax positions and that there are no unrecorded tax liabilities.

Alpha's Executive Director and Board of Directors determine and sets all staffing compensation rates, which are based on periodic through review of all related issues, salary surveys, consultation with independent persons, review of comparable data and deliberation.
