Disability supports residential support is the adult residential division of pathfinder and began impacting lives in 1966. Residential supports offers supported living, independent living, and group home living to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, supporting them to live inclusive lives in their community of choice. The connections program is offered to build work and life skills in areas of interest that include classroom, volunteer, artistic, and community experiences. The financial opportunity center (foc) is the financial and career training division of pathfinder. This program began in 1987 and specialized in assisting people with disabilities in finding and retaining employment. The foc is a fully inclusive program focusing on financial counseling, employment, training, and income support. We also run a pre-employment and training program for students in our local high school, preparing them to enter the workforce or higher education when they graduate.

Commercial operations is the manufacturing division of pathfinder. They operate from a work-first philosophy, partnering with local, regional, and national businesses to provide specialized solutions for their business needs. We provide our customers with packaging, assembly, kitting, light manufacturing, and logistic support. Our partnerships result in cost savings and expand workforce opportunities for our customers. Our iso- certified operation provides just-in-time delivery and quality assurance for our partners. We enable our team to maximize their abilities and earnings successfully. Pathfinder amramp, llc, a single member llc, is dedicated to providing modular wheelchair ramps and other accessibility solutions. The homeownership center (hoc) is the community development division of pathfinder and was created in 1997. Hoc is a certified neighborworks homeownership center with huntington and fort wayne offices. The division guides potential homebuyers through the entire process of pre-purchase counseling, money management, responsible mortgage options, and post- purchase counseling. Last year, the hoc helped 167 families fulfill their dream of homeownership.
