Part X : FIN48 Footnote

Part X, Line 2: The agency is tax-exempt, under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (The "IRC") of 1986. No provision for federal income taxes has been reported in its financial statements. In addition, the agency has been classified as an organization that is not a "private foundation" within the meaining of section 509(a) of the IRC. In accordance with the "Income Taxes" topic of the FASB ASC, uncertain income tax positions are evaluated at least annually by management. As of June 30, 2014 and 2013, the agency has identified no uncertain income tax positions and has incurred no amounts for income tax penalties and interest for the years then ended.

The daily program curriculum consists of the same therapeutic components as the Men's Program with the exception of gender specific topics. This program also makes it mandatory for children (over the age of 14) of clients to participate in the evening family education groups, which are provided one day per week.

This program component provides individual and group counseling, assessment, crisis intervention, and urinalysis in three hour sessions, four days a week, for five consecutive weeks. In addition, case management services are available on a scheduled basis. The maximum number of participants in the IOP component is based upon a 12:1 client-to-staff ratio.
