The finance committee of the organization assumes responsibility for the oversight of the audit. The audit is presented and discussed with the finance committee and the finance committee makes a recommendation to the board for approval.

Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The provisions of "accounting for uncertainty in income taxes" prescribe a recognition threshold and a measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. For those benefits to be recognized, a tax position must be more-likely-than-not to be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The amount recognized is measured as the amount of benefit that is greater than 50% likely of being realized upon ultimate settlement. The agency recognizes interest and penalties accrued, if any, related to unrecognized tax uncertainties in income tax expense. The agency determined that there are no material uncertain tax positions.

THIS PROGRAM COMPONENT PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING, ASSESSMENT, CRISIS INTERVENTION, AND URINALYSIS IN THREE HOUR SESSIONS, FOUR DAYS A WEEK, FOR FIVE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS. IN ADDITION, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ON A SCHEDULED BASIS. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE IOP COMPONENT IS BASED UPON A 12:1 CLIENT-TO-STAFF RATIO.
