Office clerk- assist executive director with filing, typing preparing correspondence, development and up keep of manuals inventory clerk- maintains count and labeling of clothing, and prepares reports for bookkeeper also volunteers act as translators, sales volunteers, help load and unload cars i.e. Racks, tables, product , set up the displays for selling at shows and churches. Help process sales items at the shows. Office volunteers help with packing for shows, inventory, ironing, in putting names into the mailing lists the all volunteer board supervises the daily activities of the organization”
