The organization is a charitable corporation organized under the non-profit corporation laws of florida. The members of the corporation consist of the initial members designated in the articles of incorporation, in addition to sharlee jeter. The number of directors shall be not less than three (3) nor more than five (5). The chairman may designate additional members, with approval by the board of directors, by an instrument in writing delivered to the secretary of the corporation. The resource council shall be appointed by the members of the corporation. Any officer may be removed from office with or without cause.

The foundation reviews its conflict of interest policy annually, and each board member is required to sign off on the policy. During each year, employees must stay accountable for any transactions or relationships that may give rise to a conflict. If either item arises, the employee involved must immediately report it to a supervisor or human resources, or they may be subject to dismissal.

Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the foundation and recognize a tax liability if the foundation has taken certain tax positions that more-likely-than-not would not be sustained upon examination by applicable taxing authorities. The foundation would recognize interest and penalties accrued, if any, related to unrecognized tax uncertainties in income tax expense. Management has analyzed tax positions taken and has concluded that there are no material uncertain tax positions taken, or expected to be taken, that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements.

TO 6 P.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. EACH DAY STUDENTS ARE WELCOMED WITH A HEALTHY SNACK, FOLLOWED BY HELP WITH THEIR HOMEWORK. THE TURN 2 NEW YORK AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS OFFER LOCAL YOUTH ACTIVITIES IN CULTURAL AND VISUAL ARTS, PHYSICAL FITNESS, DRUG AND ALCOHOL AWARENESS, ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES, COMPUTER LITERACY, ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT, SAFETY AND NUTRITION.
